Who am I?

I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from NED University and boast a rich and diverse experience spanning 1.5 decades, encompassing both local and international roles. My career has taken me through various domains including Plant Management, Cost-Control, Quality Management, Preventive/Corrective Maintenance, Procurement, and Human Resource Management.

At present, I proudly serve as the “Factory Manager” at Karim Containers Pvt Ltd.

Why Me?

As an experienced manager, I have led the production, maintenance, and engineering departments of a plant operating with over 50 machines and a workforce of 400+. My contributions to my organization include:

  • Pioneering an “Energy Conservation Plan” that significantly reduced electricity costs by 5 to 10%.
  • Devising a comprehensive strategy that catapulted production rates by an impressive 20%.
  • Leading training sessions aimed at enhancing productivity and subsequently reducing overtime (OT) by a notable 30%.
  • Championing the implementation of a “Green Energy” project, overseeing the installation of a 120 kW solar plant (with 200 kW in progress), resulting in an annual energy cost saving of approximately 5.5 million PKR.
